What process do you use for your projects?
We use agile project management principles and scrum methodologies.

Agile project management principles is the process by which projects can be managed and implemented in small chunks of work. Some project might need the traditional waterfall approach but for most of our projects we use agile principles.

Scrum is a simple and framework that is based on providing value to you. It's composed of short timeframes, known as Sprints, and it's usually two weeks in length. During this time, our entire team focuses on delivering the highest value request from the customer.
What roles to people have on a project?
Project roles are dependent of the nature or requirement of the project. But for the most part, all our projects have:

- Project Lead

- Project Owner/Business Contact person
- Scrum Master
- Stakeholders

What are the clients roles before, during and after the project?
We expect you to be actively involved with the project. Every project has to have a Project Owner/Business Contact person. This is usually someone with your business knowledge and expert. That will help guide the project management and execution process.

Without this key personnel, it will be different to make sure that the project is constantly aligned with your organizations goals and expectations.
Are you flexible to changes in scope of the project?
Yes and this is why we use agile project management principles and scrum methodologies for most of our projects.

Changes are inevitable and no one can accurately predict what tomorrow will be for the project. With our approach, tasks are created by a small logical chunks of work called iterations or sprints.

Agile is a great technique to use when there is a needs for change or when you wants to receive product benefits earlier.
Do you do Quality Assurance Testing
All our projects, comes with Industry Standard Quality Assurance testing. That is why we have a Quality Assurance role for each project we engage in.

This person is involved with the project from Day 1 till the end of the project. This way they will be able to provide the best and accurate testing as well as be informed as to why a decision was made.

Yes. We provide the following protection X-Content-Type-Options, X-XSS-Protection, X-Frame-Options, Strict-Transport-Security, Referrer-Policy, Access-Control-Allow-Origin, Expect-CT, Content-Security-Policy, Content-Security-Policy, etc.
What is your disaster recovery time?
Our hosting services has a 99.99% uptime.

Our maintenance package comes with regular disaster recovery testing. Keeping current backups is the most important thing you can to do protect your application. It's like your application's life insurance policy. In a worst-case situation, having current backup files means you can get everything back up and running.

Billings and financial

How much will my project cost?
Unfortunately, this is a very difficult question to answer because every project and client are different.

Some projects need more development work or more design work or more quality assurance work. Some projects more frequent changes to the scope of project, while some have more back end needs.

So it depends, but you can contact us and we will be glad to provide a tailored assessment.
Am I billed for every team member every time?
No you are not. During various stages of your project, we will have active and passive team members.

Active team members are the ones performing the current project task, while passive team members are getting project updates and providing insights to make your project process efficient.

You are only billed for active members time not passive members. But also know that at various project task, a project member can change from passive to active and vice verse.

For example a Quality Assurance member can change from passive to active when it is time for Quality Assurance testing. But passive when it is time for project design.
Have you ever exceeded your project quoted budget?
No. As long as the project is within the located project scope as originally defined, we have not exceeded our quoted budget.

When the clients request a change to the project scope, depending on the scope of the request, that when we have exceeded project budget.
What do you guarantee?
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We guarantee the cost of the project will not exceed the quoted prices. As long as there is no major change to the scope of the project.
