Company founding
Tochukwu sought to make a successful business utilizing his skills in computer programming. In November 2016, he founded a company, named Xyples. He wrote the software for the Xyples's website few days after the company was founded.
Certified Small Business
In 2016, Xyples LLC was certified by Small Business Administration as a Self-Certified Small Business. This certification will give Xyples the opportunity to partake in government contracting opportunities that are only reserved for Small Businesses.
Hire Houston First Certification
Former Mayor Annise Parker developed Hire Houston First in an effort to promote economic opportunity for Houston businesses and to support job creation. The City of Houston spends billions of dollars to maintain and improve the City’s infrastructure, and provide services for the public. Hire Houston First grants the City the ability to give preference to local companies and local workers, as long as their pricing is competitive.
Texas HUB Certification
State agencies and universities are constantly looking to work with businesses certified as Historically Underutilized Business (HUB). The goal of this good-faith effort is to actively involve HUBs in the Texas procurement process and ensure they receive a fair share of state business.

New headquarter in Austin
Xyples LLC is locate current and new executive and digital jobs to Austin neighborhood, shifting them from Houston where the company has been based since its 2016 founding. Although Xyples remains committed to Houston, the shift represents a new growth opportunity for Xyples LLC.

DBEs are for-profit small business concerns where socially and economically disadvantaged individuals own at least a 51% interest and also control management and daily business operations. African Americans, Hispanics, Native Americans, Asian-Pacific and Subcontinent Asian Americans, and women are presumed to be socially and economically disadvantaged. Other individuals can also qualify as socially and economically disadvantaged on a case-by-case basis.
