About the project
THMS needed consultant services to brand, market, support the redesign and upgrade of its website. In order to achieving national awareness for the school. A project manager was assigned to the project. The project manager was the single point of contact during the entire project duration.
Branding and Marketing:
Research existing perceptions and brand awareness of THMS among key constituencies. Review and refresh existing brand messaging. Propose strategies and tactics that will consolidate the THMS’s brand and strategic vision across all stakeholders and constituents. Propose strategies and tactics that will: Generate significant awareness about Chapman University among key constituents and targeted audiences locally, regionally and nationally, work in harmony with existing marketing efforts directed at student recruitment and work within a feasible and finite marketing budget. Propose a more effective communication modality with alumni in order to realize a higher level of engagement.

Design the look and feel of the THMS site. The design was focused on delivering designs that are visually appealing, clear and long-lasting. Using the data which has been identified in the Scoping and Elaboration phase, we built the new website. This entailed but is not limited to, content type creation, taxonomy creation and configuration of views and templates. We also trained technical and non-technical members of the project team who will be responsible for managing the new website. Making the website live on the new hosting provider is a coordinated event which starts during the quality assurance process. We worked closely with the client team to ensure a smooth launch.
